![]() The third I added a VPN back to the office and he was fine the rest of the day. One of them got back online switching to his phone hotspot. They were all working on Verizon hotspots and there seemed to be an outage in the area, so I blamed it on that. ![]() ![]() The laptops said they were connected, but web browsers would return “Site could not be reached.” They always showed as being online from Teamviewer, sometimes I could remote in and sometimes I couldn’t. Starting March 16th, three of our users at a single location began to experience internet problems. Otherwise a fairly vanilla 10 pro image that has been heavily used since August with no issues like this. They have Webroot, Teamviewer and PSFTP running. It’s happening on about 10 deployed laptops, Dell 3470s with Windows 10 22H2, all available updates applied. Curious if anyone has seen anything like this / have any idea what it could be. I have been dealing with a strange issue I can’t figure out for a couple weeks.
